CHALLENGE.

Looking to drive sales of its ergonomic products, Lyreco wanted to launch a campaign built around improving employee health and workplace well-being. Starting with a UK roll-out (followed by a global expansion), the campaign needed to be a bold new way for Lyreco to engage with customers, partners and its own employees.

APPROACH.

ditto took on the challenge with relish, creating the entire ‘Refresh & Revive’ creative concept that would drive the campaign. Within this, we developed a Lyreco-branded online wellness hub – building a home for the tools and resources needed to help customers prioritise well-being in their workplaces.

We then put together a spectacular virtual launch event for Refresh & Revive. This featured a mix of pre-recorded and live studio footage – with interviews from Lyreco’s well-being experts, a Guinness World Records title attempt, and a special set from music legend Norman Jay MBE.

RESULT.

The launch event for Refresh & Revive was a huge success. We brought together more than 650 people remotely to make history, setting the first ever Guinness World Records title for online positivity. The campaign has been an instant hit with customers, generating immediate sales for Lyreco and leading the way to a global roll-out of Refresh & Revive.
