ditto Intern Diary: Week 2

Hello again, welcome back to our ditto intern diary.

Looking back on our second week at ditto, Rory and I were challenged with creating an overview of potential leads for our client, a FinTech firm.

The leads had to be specific to Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) as well as the private banking sector. We investigated the major banks in each CEE country as well as events, trade publications, and LinkedIn groups therein, all as means to penetrate their industries and find the right leads. Banking in CEE countries was a new field for us, so this project proved to be a great learning experience for researching new and unfamiliar topics.

We then worked with the rest of the team to compile all the information gathered into a presentation for our client. This work involved polishing up our spreadsheets and data and making it look presentable. We have learned a lot about what goes into making a quality PowerPoint: a vast amount of research, continuous collaboration and a detailed editorial process.

We have learnt that every finished product at ditto has to look the part, since attention to detail is what they do best, as well as play the part, showcasing the amount of behind-the-scenes work we do to fulfil our client’s needs. Rory and I are looking forward to producing more work with that signature ‘ditto stamp’.

That’s all from us this week, until next time!
