FSL successfully activated their ditto-developed online channel in June 2014, purposely focussing on refreshing their ‘above-the-line’ branding and visual identity. That work is now being augmented by a deeper level of ‘below-the-line’ product detail, and the investment tax specialists have engaged ditto to articulate their value proposition by leveraging our unrivalled understanding of their products and services.

ditto is collaborating with key stakeholders across the firm to improve the user experience for both inbound and outbound traffic. The additional content on each product and service offering will be complemented with downloadable pdf assets that enable visitors to take content away for review offline.

The engagement also includes the development of a new animated product video, which will articulate the benefit of FSL’s CGiX offering at a ‘below-the-line’ level. This asset will articulate CGiX’s value proposition in a way that is both ‘right first time’, and ‘right every time’.
