The Art & Science of Getting Noticed

The Approach:

ditto developed a multi-platform campaign under the banner ‘Refresh & Revive’. Within this framework, there are three key pillars that enable Lyreco to connect and converse with the market at scale: Product, Environment & Well-Being.

  • Alongside the flagship launch of the Lyreco wellness hub with free resources, expert advice, and product information, the campaign kicked off by publicly setting a Guinness World Record for online – positivity – Thumbs up Together!
  • Activating the campaign across live streaming, on-demand viewing, and leveraging audience interaction on zoom, LinkedIn Live, and social media, Refresh & Revive provided both B2B & B2C engagement.
  • Creating fun and entertaining content, appearing alongside brands like Nespresso & entertainers like DJ Norman Jay, the consistent monthly content creates a drumbeat to establish their place in the industry.

The Result:

The Refresh & Revive campaign served to increase brand awareness in a new vertical – wellness – attracting more than 2,000 RSVPs leading to 836 registrations and 667 attendees at the launch event (79% attendance rate).

All excluding additional viewership from social channels and post-event viewership in the hub. R&R has become the largest (and most successful) social media campaign that Lyreco has ever run, reaching more than 480,000 people on Facebook.

The multi-channel campaign resulted in more than 6,500 people visiting the Refresh & Revive online wellness hub, establishing Lyreco as a leader in a new vertical.
